To obtain your Florida Medical use card, simply request an appointment with one of our certified physicians. At your appointment you’re certifying physician will qualify and approve you into Florida’s medical use registry.
Once approved and entered into the State registry, you will receive your login credentials allowing you access to the registry. Once logged into the State registry, you will be able to complete the medical use ID card process. Once your ID card is approved by the State (2-4 weeks), you can visit any dispensary in Florida.
